The firm began its activities in 1984 with its founding partner E. Isabel Gardemann (in memoriam), with the former name of Gardemann, Cavaretto and Rodrigues Sociedade de Advogados, since then being registered at the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section, under No. 3.242.
The professionals, who are part of the Cavaretto and Rodrigues office, have extensive consultative and preventive experience, sponsoring the interests of legal and physical persons, both national and foreign, also covering representation in legal proceedings at all instances and jurisdiction.

Eliane L. Causin Cavaretto (OAB/SP 133.919), Brazilian, attorney, graduated from USF in 1994. With a Post-graduate degree in “Economics and Business Law” from FGV – Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Extended university courses in the areas of “Economics of Technology”, “Mercosul” and “Contemporary Brazilian Economy” at the Institute of Economy, UNICAMP – Universidade de Campinas. Extended university courses in “Tax Strategic Management” from FGV – Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Worked as a professor of post-graduate degree courses in Civil Law at FGV – Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Modules Business Law and Limited Liability Companies. Languages: Portuguese and English.

Rita Maria S. Rodrigues (OAB/SP 116.300), Brazilian, attorney, graduated from PUCC in 1990, Extended University courses in Process Civil Law from Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas. She has extensive experience in civil, commercial, labor and administrative (consulting and litigation) areas. She acts in the courts, developing works in higher instances, including oral argument and elaboration of memorials.
